Two new classroom buildings constructed on top of 3 feet of foam blocks with drilled displacement pile foundations. The $5.7 million summertime project was completed in just over 4 months and intime for the new school year.
This new classroom building was constructed on top of 4½ feet of lighweight lava rock due to its proximity to the San Fransisco Bay and elevation of only 8' above sea level.
A complete outdoor high school athletic stadium including football, track and field, electronic scoreboards and food service. The football field is a rubber infilled artificial turf while the running track and field event areas are a polyurethan coated rubber, this entire project was completed in 120 days.
